'KURO' means black in Japanese; this is relevant
because our KURO screens have significantly deeper black levels than
any other flat-screen TV on the market; some 80% deeper.
The deepest black levels produce the purest colours, which reveal the sharpest details. This is KURO.
The KURO screen gives you the ability to see literally every shade
between black and white. Now, the film you see - and feel - on-screen

1080p screen
This KURO has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and is capable of displaying the entire range of High Definition sources, including 720p, 1080i and 1080p. What this means is that you get the ultimate in High Definition image detail, colour accuracy and fast moving image clarity.
Direct Colour Filter 3+
With this new filter even in brightest sunlit room the picture and perceived black
levels remain unaffected by light reflections.
The darkest images are displayed in finely structured detail with no
smearing or distortion. Thanks to the filter, colours are reproduced
with significantly greater
depth overall, while the reproduction of reds in particular is
significantly enhanced.
Intelligent Brightness Control Whichever way you look at it - day or night, at any angle, the picture adjusts automatically to your home. This new feature works in combination with a light sensor to balance brightness, sharpness, colour values and other settings according to ambient conditions in your room.
Optimum Mode
This feature adjusts the image automatically according to the nature of content played, DVD, Digital TV, PC, Home Gallery... and light conditions to deliver better than the orginal source.
Elegant Remote
A black aluminium remote with basic learning allows easy control of your panel and a DVD Player/Recorder, Set top Box and VCR.
