The ultimate in Slim-line LCD TV, the 100Hz HD-Ready 1080p LCD TV boasts a spectacular 1000,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio which transcends the standards of conventional TVs. Produced in the world's most advanced LCD TV production plant at Kameyama in Japan, this uber-cool super-slim TV is just 23mm thick and is the first LCD TV to use the RGB-LED Backlight System which ensure unprecedented levels of colour reproduction.
Complete with a slim, detachable speaker system developed jointly with Pioneer which offers high quality sound levels that are befitting for such a premium product.
All connectivity is made via a seperate media receiver,TU-X1E,(a la Pioneer), allowing the screen to be mounted flush to the wall without the need for numerous cables.
Sharp Full Screen LED backlight TVs have hundreds of RGB LEDs arranged in rows to cover the entire screen, from corner to corner. The colours are brighter and more vibrant whilst the blacks are deeper resulting in more fine details in darker pictures. The XS1E features 100Hz technology and a high-speed 4 millisecond response rate to reduce blur and recreate natural flowing images. Complete with USB input for JPEG or MP3 playback and 3 HDMI inputs for easy multimedia connectivity
All this is contained within an environmentally conscious design with an ECO button, Low Power Consumption, Mercury free and an intelligent ECO Picture Control built in LED Local Dimming. Sharps local dimming solution offers LEDs directly behind the TV screen, offering an even spread across the entire screen. By offering an even spread of LEDs each area of the screen will respond accordingly to the details being displayed on the screen, as opposed to spreading the lighting from the edges.
