The LX03BD features native 1080p resolution, the same cinematic picture quality of our KURO flat screen TVs. It plays films at 24 frames per second, master quality that is absolutely true to the original, just as the director intended.

Open to the latest audio formats such as DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby True HD on the Blu-ray player, the LX03BD set ensures that what you hear is 'lossless', studio-quality sound.

The system is also equipped with MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration), a sophisticated technology that actively 'listens' and creates a soundscape automatically adjusted and optimised to the acoustics of your home entertainment space.

Our LX03BD speakers allow a flexible set-up: just place them directly alongside your TV. The Front Stage Surround function lets you enjoy maximum surround sound without the traditional 5.1 setting. Visual clutter of cables is a problem of the past.

And finally, the LX03BD is compatible with your iPod, too. Simply connect your iPod directly to the receiver via USB and control it with the system's remote. Music transfer will digitally be transferred without any loss of quality.

The LX03BD is stylish and contemporary in design. It features a distinctive matte/polished two-tone finish and boasts a compact, yet powerful down-firing subwoofer with acrylic glossy black top. The system is a flawless aesthetic and technological match with our KURO flat screen TVs

The main unit has intelligent touch sensors arranged along the top surface. These illuminate whenever a hand approaches and contribute to a clean, sophisticated look.

For exceptionally straightforward operation the LX03BD supports the connectivity feature KURO LINK that allows you to access the main functions of all your compatible Pioneer equipment with a single remote control.
