The LX03 is a powerful DVD home cinema system that will play just about your entire film (and music) collection with great precision and attention to the smallest detail. The system is compatible with all types of recordable DVD media and plays DVD-Audio, SACD as well as MP3/WMA and WMV files.

The system features MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration), a sophisticated technology that actively 'listens' and creates a soundscape automatically adjusted and optimised to the acoustics of your home entertainment space.

The LX03 has an Advanced Sound Retriever function. This enhances compressed music formats such as MP3, Windows Media Audio or iTunes (MPEC-4 AAC) and restores your files to their original quality and richness.

The cinema system also allows flexible speaker set-up. The Front Stage Surround function enables the most neat and elegant integration. Just place all speakers directly alongside your TV to free up space and eliminate the visual clutter of cables.

Focusing on media friendliness, the LX03 is iPod digital compatible, which means you can connect your iPod directly to the receiver via USB - guaranteeing digital and lossless music transfer - and control it with the system's remote.

The LX03 truly lifts your viewing environment. It features a matte/polished two-tone finish, with a compact, yet very powerful A4 size down firing subwoofer with acrylic glossy black top.

The main unit is controlled via intelligenttouch sensors integrated into the top surface that illuminate whenever a hand approaches. This adds up to a clean and sophisticated look, with nothing to distract from your home entertainment.

For exceptionally straightforward operation the LX03 supports the connectivity feature KURO LINK that allows you to access the main functions of all your compatible Pioneer equipment with a single remote control.

The LX03 combines ideally with the BDP-LX08 Blu-ray Disc player for high definition and extra storage capacity. Each LX component is a flawless aesthetic and technological match with our KURO flat screen TVs.
