Now you can connect your Panasonic NeoPDP Viera TV or Blu Ray Player/Theatre System to your home network without the need of long unsightly ethernet cables.
Wireless-N (802.11n) is a breakthrough technology that enables Wi-Fi networks to do more, faster, over a larger area.
802.11n Wi-Fi in the 5GHz band offers 15 times faster* performance and typically twice the coverage of conventional WiFi networks allowing you to stream your movies, pictures and music from your computer directly to your Panasonic NeoPDP Viera TV.

The 5GHz band is used because the current 2.4GHz band is overcrowded with devices such as microwaves, cordless phones, baby monitors, alarm systems, parking monitors... that directly interfere with your wireless network and cause significant drops in both performance and speed.
