Customers are free to call & collect product and drop by for a coffee and enjoy a demonstration of Home Theatre in our reference room. We are available from 10am to 8pm weekdays, 10am to 7pm Saturday and 11am to 5pm Sundays.
Leading Edge Concepts is a limited company and began trading in 1996 & of course is renowned for its award wining Radar/Laser detectors of which we supply direct to the consumer, automotive dealerships and large high street retailers such as Tandy & Carphone Warehouse. With our buying power we can afford to offer you, the consumer, the same product available on the high street, but at a substantial saving, with all the necessary warranties and a far superior after sales service.
Why pay high street prices when you can pay low prices. We will usually stock up to 10 pieces of any one model in our warehouse, allowing a customer's order to be turned around in minutes and delivered on the next working day of placing the order. We sell huge quantities of plasma and LCD TV's, so we can buy them cheap and sell them cheap.
If the item is in stock, we will guarantee, with our preferred courier, City Link, that you will receive the product the following working day, fully insured in transit from point to point, pending credit card authorisation.

Products listed "IN STOCK" and ordered before 2:00pm(14:00hrs) ship the same day on a standard next day delivery to all mainland U.K. destinations, subject to credit card authorisation. Non-mainland U.K. destinations can take up to 3 working days. |

Shipping Types to suit you
Our domestic customers can chose from a Next Day Delivery, Next Day before noon, or even Saturday beforen noon delivery.
International Customers can choose between three internationally renowned carriers, UPS, Kuehne + Nagel and DPD.

Pay with credit, debit, charge card, cheque or wire transfer and for those wary of sending their credit information over the Internet, you can place your order on-line and then call us with your credit card information or simply fax your order through.

Buy Now Pay in 12 Months
Applying for credit couldn't be easier or more convenient. Available on most products on-line, minimum order value of £200.

Just select the 'Buy Now Pay Later' option as the 'Payment Method' on the 'Shopping Basket' page.
Complete the credit application form and once you have been accepted you will receive a contract in the post for you to sign and return. It's as simple as that.
Typical example: Cash price £1000.00. You pay a 10% deposit (£100) leaving a balance of £900.00 plus £29 settlement fee = £929.00. Total payable £1029.00 with no interest added. If you do not settle in the 12th month you must pay 36 monthly payments of £36.44. Total payable £1311.88 @ 29.8% APR.
Payment options:
- Pay nothing for the deferred period and then pay the amount borrowed in one lump sum plus the settlement fee of £29. This means that there will be no charges or interest payments.
- Pay any amount you like; as little or often as you like during the deferred period by either credit, debit card or cheque. As long as you ensure the amount you borrowed plus settlement is paid off before the end of the deferred period there will be no charges or interest to pay.
- Pay nothing for the deferred period and then pay over 36 equal monthly instalments at a 29.8% APR.
In order to apply for credit you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and under 75 years of age.
- Be either: in full time employment (e.g. 16 hours, or more, per week) or self-employed or retired and over 50 years of age or in receipt of an invalidity or disability allowance.
- You must also be a UK resident for 3 years or more or provide your previous address if you have not lived at your current address for more than 3 years.
- Have the ability to make repayments by direct debit.

Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us by phone, email, fax or letter of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
- Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
- Goods must be complete, UNUSED, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
- Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7day period has elapsed.
Television stands must not have been opened from their original packaging.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned.
We are unable to accept returns of the following items: Opened Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, Minidiscs, games and any software, the goods that were a special order to the customer's specification.
- You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
- Refunds :
Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less delivery charges and cost of accessories as advised.
Goods received back that you suggest are faulty and that we have tested to be in working order: You will be refunded the Invoice price - 25 percent re-stocking charge, delivery charges and cost of accessories as advised.
Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account..

Warranty Information
All Warranties are covered by their respective manufacturers excluding Multi-Region DVD Players.
Multi-Region DVD players are covered by a 12 month, 45 day repair or replace warranty, that is, if your DVD player develops a fault, simply return the same to us and if we're not able to obtain the spare part(s) from the manufacturer within 45 working days we will replace the machine, like for like. A service you'll agree that is far superior to that offered by manufacturers.
Please note that due to recent legislation, April 01 2003, some Manufacturers will only allow repairs to be carried out by authorised service centres and not dealers, therefore please contact us first before sending a unit back to us for service.
